We ship from Puerto Rico, USA.

Shipping methods are selected at checkout based on your location and the products ordered. Depending on the order, shipments may be sent using USPS or another available carrier.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Puerto Rico: 2–5 business days
  • International: 2–6 weeks (depending on destination and customs processing)

Please note that weather, carrier delays, customs inspections, and other factors beyond our control may affect delivery times.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, returned packages, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We will gladly assist in working with the shipping carrier to locate your shipment. While we will do our best to help resolve shipping issues, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package has been accepted by the carrier.

Damaged Shipments
