Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom art trading cards
• Limited edition collectibles
• Digital products (if applicable)
• Gift cards

Because many of our products are created specifically for each order, all sales of these items are considered final unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

After reviewing your request, we may provide:

• A replacement
• A full refund
• A partial refund, when appropriate

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered production or been shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Process

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

• 3–5 business days for inspection after the returned item is received.
• Additional processing time by your bank or payment provider before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been completed.

Unless specifically stated in the product listing:

• They are not officially licensed products.
• They are not manufactured by professional sports leagues or trading card companies.
